DLC is now included in the patch so everybody should be able to play with GamingAccess.exe

No more GamingAccess.NO_DLC.exe and GamingAccess.exe. Just GamingAccess.exe from now on

This patch uses hexedited version of kitserver so it shouldn't be affected by the current or future DLC updates

The game also includes dt0_e.img for people with european version of PES that want/need the english version of the text

The online version of the game uses hexedited version of kitserver
with go0f.img instead of dt0f.img , that allows the online version of the patch to have different logos (correct Eredivisie and Bundesliga logos)
